PhotoArtz is a public access general purpose portfolio hosting website and community for models and photographers. PhotoArtz provides a hosting service for person to person display, marketing, and communication on a professional level between models and photographers. PhotoArtz does not own or claim to own any personal portfolio content or images uploaded by individual users for individual promotion and presentation.
It is the responsibility of the user to abide by this agreement and site guidelines.
- Each member of PhotoArtz has the right to register only one account.
- All photographers must be the copyright owners of any photographs which they submit to PhotoArtz. All models must have the permission of the photographers, that made their photos, to upload them and they must obligatory indicate the name of the photographer, who owns the copyright of each uploaded photo.
- In PhotoArtz can register only models that are over 16 years of age. Models that are under 18 years of age may not upload any nude or semi-nude images.
- Photographers are not allowed to upload photos of models, who are under 18 years of age.
- In order to remain a good looking high quality website, PhotoArtz reserves the right to accept and approve only images with good technical and aesthetic quality. Not webcam or cellphone photos or other low quality images are going to be tolerated.
PhotoArtz will review or monitor any websites linked from personal portfolios on this site. However when clicking links to personal pages from PhotoArtz all users of the system acknowledge that PhotoArtz is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. You agree to not post URL's and other web links in any form, into your personal profile as links or text, that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites. PhotoArtz reserves the right to remove from it's sites any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice.
PhotoArtz is under no obligation to provide exposure to competing sites through links or other methods in portfolio and may remove those at it's discretion, and without notice.
- PhotoArtz will not accept and tolerate the Promotion and Recruitment of Escorts, Escort Services, Personal Companions, etc. Recruiting or offering the services of escorts on this site is strictly forbidden. Portfolios that are used for the solicitation or promotion of escort services in ANY way will be immediately deleted. This includes (but is not limited to): hyperlinks to external sites promoting escorts, URLs promoting escorts and any other activity that the staff of PhotoArtz deems as solicitations, promotions, or offers.
- You may submit nude photographs to PhotoArtz. However, You may not submit photographs depicting sexual activity. PhotoArtz reserves the right to delete any such photographs which it deems unacceptable.
- Submission of the photographs which:
- - show or depict a person under 18 engaged in explicit sexual activity,
- - feature as a dominant characteristic the depiction of a sexual organ or anal region of a person under 18 for a sexual purpose, and
- - which actively induce or encourage unlawful sexual activity with persons under 18 are not permitted on PhotoArtz. Any such photographs which are uploaded to PhotoArtz will be deleted at the discretion of site administration.
- You may not distribute the content of PhotoArtz, electronically or in hard copy, except as specifically authorized in writing in advance by PhotoArtz.
- You may not authorize any third party to use the content of PhotoArtz for any purpose except as specifically authorized in writing in advance by PhotoArtz.
- You may not share the content of PhotoArtz across a network or in any other way except as specifically authorized in writing in advance by PhotoArtz.
- You may not, under any circumstances, use automated or programmatic means or methods to download content.
- You understand that the content of PhotoArtz is copyrighted and any unauthorized use by you may be an offense of such copyright.
- You may not undertake any of the following activities on PhotoArtz:
- - Any spamming techniques.
- - Profane language or insults.
- - Any other activities which infringe upon the ability of others to make use of PhotoArtz.
- - Promotion of political or religious activities.
- - Submit photographs which constitute obscenity or child pornography.
- - Submit photographs which promote racism, cruelty or hatred.
- PhotoArtz reserves the right to delete photos or profiles that are against this terms and conditions.
- PhotoArtz reserves the right to change it's terms and conditions. It's the users' responsibility to check back in order to be informed for the latest changes and updates of the terms and conditions.
